SARAH CARROLL – DIRECTOR

Sarah mentors & trains clients on how to improve their international communications on-line and off-line so they can GROW GLOBAL. She is one of the UK’s leading experts on how to internationalise your website and to communicate effectively internationally. She regularly speaks at seminars and workshops about internationalising your website.

Sarah is registered to deliver Export Communications Reviews on behalf of UK Trade & Investment. Sarah has worked as part of the core team to develop UK Trade & Investment’s national methodology and best practice in international communication – both on-line and off-line.

Sarah previously worked for over 10 years for global management consultancies Accenture and Deloitte as a global programme manager. She is also the founder of the successful language learning website www.languageadvantage.com and author of the audio language learning courses: Teach Yourself Business French, Teach Yourself Business Spanish, Teach Yourself Business Japanese and Teach Yourself Business Mandarin Chinese.

Sarah has lived and worked in Europe and the USA. She speaks English and French, some German and is learning Spanish in recognition of its emerging role as one of the next world languages.

HELEN CARTER – REVIEWER & RESEARCHER

Helen Carter is your key point of contact within GROW GLOBAL when you become a client. She is experienced in reviewing your websites and marketing materials for compliance with international best practice. She co-ordinates our network of consultants, so she can put together the best team of technical, business, country & language experts for your global projects, making sure everything runs smoothly day-to-day.

Helen has worked in information technology and customer services for 20 years, and hence has a rare perspective into how to set up international communications from both a technical and business point of view. She has a passion for researching all things global and was the researcher for the Teach Yourself Business language series.

Helen adores travelling and must have been around the world at least three times. She speaks English, some French & Spanish and is learning Polish.

She also manages our network of providers of international, language & cultural services, as well as being an avid researcher on all topics international. She is also the editor for www.languageadvantage.com. Andrea has lived and worked in Mexico and speaks English, Portuguese and Spanish – and is now learning French.
